How to kick start your fitness

  • Assess your fitness level

    Assessing and recording baseline fitness scores can give you benchmarks against which to measure your progress.

  • Design your fitness program

    It's easy to say that you'll exercise every day. But you'll need a plan. Star Fitness will help create a manageable plan for you.

  • Know your equipment

    Gather the appropriate equipment; athletic shoes, suitable gym gear. Star Fitness will show you how to use and utilize all of the equipment on site.

  • Get started

    Now you're ready for action. As you begin your fitness program, keep these tips in mind: Start slowly and build up gradually; Break things up if you have to; Listen to your body

  • Monitor your progress

    Retake your personal fitness assessment six weeks after you start your program and then again every three to six months.

  • When I started training with Christian I weighed 99.9kg and was clinically obese. I was taking medication for anxiety and panic attacks, lacked energy and was generally unfit and unhealthy. 14 months later and I am 28kg lighter, healthy, fit, strong and no medication.
