Assessing your fitness level could be as easy as dong a basic cardio test.

Try one of the following:

  • 500m Row for time
  • 1km Spin for time (minimum gear 8)
  • 1km Run for time

Note: These tests are not appropriate for all levels. Please ensure you go at your own pace and scale the distance down if necessary.

    Retake your personal fitness assessment six weeks after you start your program and then again every three to six months.
