We have heard every excuse under the sun…I’m not fit enough, I have no time etc…

Let us worry about that! It is our responsibility to make sure the classes cater for all fitness levels. If you have never done a class, we will scale down the activity to suit your fitness level.

No time… a lot of our classes are 30 minutes in duration so you can be in and out in no time at all!

There is always something happening at STAR. Keep an eye out for the next event or activity. Sign up for a fun run or get adventurous and join the STAR team in an extreme challenge like Tough Mudder. Working towards a challenge and then achieving it is a great reward for all of your hard work!

How to kick start your fitness

  • Assess your fitness level

    Assessing and recording baseline fitness scores can give you benchmarks against which to measure your progress.

  • Design your fitness program

    It's easy to say that you'll exercise everyday. But you'll need a plan. We will help you create an individualised workout schedule specifically designed to meet your needs.

  • Know your equipment

    All STAR FITNESS programs include a thorough breakdown of each and every piece of equipment you will be using during your workout. With expert guidance from our team of fitness professionals, we make it easy to bring your plan into action!

  • Getting started

    As you begin your fitness program, keep in mind we are there to help you along the way. Why not try a Group Exercise class or a Personal Training session to continue your momentum.

  • Monitor your progress

    Retake your personal fitness assessment six weeks after you start your program and then again every three to six months.
