Kickstart and review your goals with Quarterly Program Updates. Get maximum benefit and results including a complete Exercise Goals Analysis 4 times per year. Your personal trainer will contact you once you have completed your 12 week program for an individual discussion as well as an analysis of the progress you have made and any new goals you may have. This is truly for members who have made a commitment to a year of exercise.

Access to one-on-one or two-on-one Star Personal Training with male and female personal trainers. Purchase individual kickstart sessions or results orientated 10 packs. Ability to put your membership on suspension for $5 per week.
Access to discounted member rates for dynamic programs such as Boot Camp, Belly Dancing and Star Shapers food program.
