Retake your personal fitness assessment six weeks after you start your program and then again every three months.

We have quarterly programs available to help you keep track of your progress.

For the best results, be sure to keep changing your workout plan.

It is easy to get stuck in the same routine for months and months. Not only does this become boring, it also leads to the body stagnating and remaining in a state of plateau.

A change can be as simple as trying a new class or getting a program written.

Workout Tip:  There are 2 main variables in making sure you avoid plateaus: Intensity and Duration.

Intensity: if you are running/walking the same distance every day, it is only a matter of time before you become stale and your body adapts to the workout. Try timing yourself and look at improving your time. Running or walking that little bit faster may help you get to you goals faster.

Duration: if you are doing 30 minutes of cardio 3 times per week, try upping the ante to 35 minutes. That extra 5 minutes can make a significant difference to your body shape!
