  • I knew it was going to be a hard slog.  I was 115kg and fed up.  As an ex-rugby player I had slid down the hill a long way!  I was committed to rescue and wanted change, and to be honest I was really surprise to feel teh difference in just 2 weeks training with Peter.  The training is well balanced.  Petere is always tracking my progress and inspiring me to continually improve.  In 6 months I lost 21kg, put on muscle, and looked and felt great.  From 29% body fat, I am down to 17% body fat and have never felt better.
