My style of training is built around functionality, strength and getting results! With a background in MMA Fighting and Boxing, I have also completed Certificates in Advanced Kettlebell Training and Cross Fit.

I specialise in weight loss and strength training, but also love the challenge of training small groups for events such as Tough Mudder.
