I have been involved in fitness for over 12 years and have seen all aspects of the industry – from PT and Group Exercise, to Club Management and owning my own business. In this time, I have developed 3 key principles to success – continued innovation in applying training principles, on-going education of myself and my clients, and an unwavering commitment to customer service and helping people achieve results. My attention to detail and dedication will ensure you get the best out of your training, and help you on your health and fitness journey!


From my initial program back in September 2010, I have never looked back. I love my healthier new life and my continued love of the gym. And I am proud to have been crowned Weight Watchers Healthy Life Awards “VICTORIAN SLIMMER OF THE YEAR” in 2012 after all my hard work and focus. I owe part of my success to Michael.
