After years spent in a demanding professional career and the adrenal fatigue that ensued, I changed my lifestyle, got healthy and became addicted to lifting heavy!

All new clients are thoroughly assessed. I use my significant experience and qualifications in STRENGTH training, NUTRITION and FAT LOSS to tailor a training and food plan that is right for YOU.
