Welcome to STAR SHAPERS

STAR SHAPERS is a revolutionary new program designed to provide dietary and exercise advice and help you on the journey to a fitter, healthier and leaner YOU! With the help of an accredited Practising Dietician (APD) as well as expert advice from our fully qualified trainers, STAR SHAPERS takes a holistic approach to weight loss by educating clients about the importance of diet and exercise.

Included in the program are:

  • 1 on 1 Nutritional Analysis with APD, Mary Lucas.
  • 6 weekly STAR SHAPERS meetings in which all aspects of your diet will be discussed and analysed.
  • 6 weekly Group Personal training sessions to complement your new eating plan.

WHEN AND WHERE?

STAR SHAPERS will be held at STAR FITNESS with all sessions running for and hour. Sessions will run on Mondays and Thursdays at 6.30pm and will begin on Monday, March 8th. Thursday sessions will include a workout, so dress appropriately and get ready to burn some calories!
