“STAR Fitness 24/7, where do I even begin? I first joined STAR in August 2016, and simply fell in love with weight lifting, and gym training in general. When I started my fitness journey, I wasn’t very strong, and I weighed about 55kg with close to no muscle at all. I had very little knowledge on how to train correctly, and efficiently. With each day that I attended STAR, my knowledge and passion for training grew stronger and stronger, and I was feeling and seeing the benefits of my efforts. Two years later, in 2018, I became an employee for STAR Fitness, and to this day, I have loved every single moment. I have competed in two Men’s Physique Bodybuilding competitions, all whilst training under STAR Fitness’ roof, and the members, STAFF, and community have all been so supportive!I can’t wait to continue to train, work, and grow my knowledge at STAR Fitness 24/7.”
